The whole CPM setup is fubar. What ******* purpose does an NDA serve in this case. NDAs are for pretecting sensitive information.
The fact that the CPM has to hide behind an NDA is ********.
CCP is desiinging a video game. The content of their code = NDA worthy.
Absolutely anything else? Not NDA worthy. It's so preposterous that the CPM can't interface with the community because of an NDA. Everything CCP releases to the CPM should be also worthy of being released to us. Otherwise there is no point.
I swear, if the stupidity of CCP didn't entertain me at this point, I'd throw up in disgust.

As Arkena mentioned legion, the NDA isn't to protect their intellectual property, it's there to protect their fragile egos. They want to avoid any direct criticisms. Without an NDA we could know which employees specifically were responsible for each and every terrible decision they made. We still have to wait 4 more years to find out who gets the blame for Uprising, we can only hope that they've been fired by now.
Oh, but that doesn't stop any interfacing. That's just either a lack of drive to do so.

Sadly, it seems to have been to protect profits by lying to their customers. It's really just so obvious in hindsight.
The flying Scotsman was fired a while ago. He was Dust's designer. That made room for Rouge and that other mouthpiece guy we never hear from anymore... I literally forgot his name and cant be bothered.
Rouge is somehow making the same mistakes. It's damn near fascinating.

I had never heard of flying scotsman until he got fired lol. Rouge was from EA.
Yes. Rouge never had any interest in continuing on the PS3. The big question is was he hired because of the desire by CCP to ditch consoles, or did he turn the ship after he was hired.

I've tried knives today on my min alt, very funny and surprisingly well working, even too much.
Forced by the cloak mechanic i've put knives in my light weapon slot and a Scr pistol as a sidearm, i've got to say that knives are comparable to a light weapon in terms of damage, i really didn't need to pull out the ScrP.
A few more SP and i'll unlock complex myofibril stim.

Just double checking, you realize that Nova Knives are a Sidearm and therefore benefited by Sidearm Damage Modifiers, right?
The difference is only 10 points of damage between Scout and Medium frame so, IMO you're better off using myofibril stimulants on a medium frame.
