 I use metal, alternative, nu metal etc. Ironically it calms me down. I used to go in the basement to workout, but with my legs hurting more i can't get down there. Also, i spend a lot of time with buildup because when i get upset im fighting myself to not hurt myself, so there i times i just lose it completely & problems communicating just make me more frustrated.
