sadly, i don't think anymore scout channels exist with more than 3 people in them...scouts united is dead from what i remember, idk about Nova Knifers United...
As for the cloak, i'd ditch it entirely. It was (from uprising 1.9) and is literally garbage. With the way E-war works (inner & outer circles) you are better off stacking 2 complex precision mods in your highs so we get some vision and 2 damps+ kin cat in your lows depending on your scout suit. A really fun scout fit is 3 complex precision for maximum vision (increases 35 metre outer circle precision to that of standardl inner circle precision) with 3 kin cats, core flaylock and knives.
apart from that, dust is still a POS, an these devs must be working hard on something if i took me 8 days to get a support ticket filled out *optimism grows*
oh wait, CCP probably have like 3 people employed on dust right now

Honestly all the suit needs is a base HP increase. I'd at least like to be able to have as much shielding on my proto cal scout as I do on a c-1 assault suit. I can get something like 150 more shields on the assault suit, and that's by gimping scan precision and stuff like that on the scout. I actually get much better results using my c-1 assault versus my ck.0 scout, lol.

but for the better players after using a certain fit against another fit, you know what x fit excels at stat wise without getting out a calculator. Im sure 50-million-per-week-red-star-superstar should know that what i meant when i said you'd get the same precision of inner ring with 2 complex precision on your outer ring; just like when we say 'large railguns glitching', the correct term is 'computer bug' as it refers to software problem not a problem with the piece a piece of equipment but we know from experience that it glitches.

Anyways...
Played some FW today, better teams and battles then match making for all except the last one. Adjusted a fit a bit, removed bolt pistol which is annoying me a bit lately, really dislike the last batch of changes to it, and put a breach scrambler pistol on it. I was running a dual ScP fit but it was far from optimal and you don't really need two, one is plenty. Tons of ammo, both max and clip. Anyways it didn't fit on my main fits since its higher CPU and PG than the BP but fit perfectly on my fit with REs and no cloak.
So I started useing that fit, I don't usually run REs but had some good times with it. Even got four with one RE which made me chuckle (I'm not the best with them). Had some great flanks and traps and the breach ScP went nicely with the fit.

Adv gal scout, 2 enh shield, one complex dampener, one complex kincat, two enh ferrascale, flux nade, N9 uplink, adv RE, standard SG, breach ScP. |

I just specced MinAss a while ago... I've just been using the nomad... Also, anyone who has Calass Lvl 5... They've been running Frames non stopped...
Would explain the assault usage...
Also galass is easy mode... The basic galass if fit properly can 1v1 a proto suit within its respective range...
