As for the Ishukone Assault SMG, there's actually a story behind it.

Amarrians used to use Vitoxin as a way to control their slaves. It was a poison that required daily antidotes to prevent complications.

The Caldari Ishukone corporation developed a cure for it called "Insorum". They mass produced and distributed this. Since Vitoxin was a slow, painful death; the Minmatar praised the corporation for it.

This is why the SMG is named after the Ishukone (Or so I've been told).

I know I would, but I use my Gallente Scout to damp, and I'd like to use my Minja for other things. Also, interesting little tidbit of lore. Shame you can't really learn most of it in-game. The Division will appeal to a different audience. I find the two only slightly comparable. The Division looks to be similar to Dragon Age in the way it plays. Full control with emphasis on tactics and abilities. It'll feel like an FPS, but play like a tactics game. Siege is very similar. While FPS is a core design of Siege, the tactics are far more important. Good breaching and CQC etiquette will net you more kills than your FPS prowess. That's where the similarities end. Leveling and Weapon acquisition will play a HUGE role in The Division. Looking at "The Dark Zone" I keep seeing thrown around, it will feel quite a bit like WoW or other games with dedicated PvP areas with better loot. A large part of the appeal for The Division will probably come from people who want to get a group they're comfortable with to go do some "Dungeon Raiding" and killing other players they come across. Siege on the other hand, just goes deeper into tactics. All the game modes are 5v5 with different objectives, and only a handful of maps (Around 7 iirc). However, these maps are STUDDED with versatility. Most maps are 3 story with everyone capable of rappelling to the top. Multiple entrance points make it impossible to stop attackers from entering the building by barricading. Thus, most of the tactics come down to finding a defensible area, locking down routes to it, and trying to funnel and anticipate the target. Made very difficult by the fact that a LOT of walls and areas can be breached. Defending requires a keen eye for lines of sight and possible breach points, while attacking requires a strong sense of CQC tactics and mindgames. It's like CS:GO. It's a defined niche with TONS of depth. I fully expect The Division to appeal to a larger audience, but games like that don't appeal to me as much. Destiny was fun for like a month. EVE retains appeal solely because I can switch up playstyle at the drop of a hat (Roaming, Exploring, Market, Small Gang, PvE, PvP, etc). I expect for me that the Division will be very similar to Destiny in appeal, and be fun for about a month or two before I drop it. Here's to hoping that it isn't. I'll still probably rent the game and give it a go when it drops. And yes, Lizzy Hale has an amazing set of pipes. I love Halestorm.
