Why do you even bother? No one has an active timer of 12/13. Your corp is taking advantage of the fact no one will attack those times because it's crazy time for the vast majority of the dust player base. Is it a valid tactic? Yes. Is it a cowardly tactic? Yes. Is the only way it will end be if CCP prevents it? Yes.

Imagine for a sec a corp says my active time is 02/03 and sets their sixteen districts half to 02 and half to 03... How long do you really think they would hold them? Not long regardless of skill which is why NO ONE has ever done that unless it's at some bs timer no one can field.

Your missing the point. You can not have 16 districts on two timers in any time that any other corps are actually active. It's that simple. Saying were active than is bs. Be honest you know no one is really active at that time and your taking advantage of that. If everyone wants to farm they should just all change their timers to 12 and farm away.
