No, the API doesn't expose this info and you can't see it in game. It's something I personally have really wanted for a long time. |

Alternatively, if you're not getting much use out of the RE, consider dropping it and upgrading the Ferroscale to Comlpex, giving you 513 EHP with no movement penalty whatsoever. I've only just come up with that idea recently though, so I haven't had much opportunity to actually test it out yet.
