Team based game + casual genre + skill gap = having to carry all the time. It's the reason I don't play Dom, it's the reason I stopped playing Battlefield, and it's the reason accelerated carry games like MOBAs are so popular right now. It's just something you have to get used to. I stopped playing BF3 when I realized that I was going 50-20 every game and still not enjoying myself because I had to be the top player every. single. game. Dust is nice because I'm often outclassed by other players. PS: Your ego is showing  Speaking of egos, I went back to check my BF3 stats and apparently I'm still in the top 3% of players for W/L on the PS3 0_0

My pregnant wife and I were eating a pizza while streaming "The Strain" last night. We're a few episodes in and remain undecided; the show has promise. Meanwhile, a crazed old-man drifter was in the process of shooting people in a movie theater literally right up the road from us.
Somewhere around 8:00PM, our phones began to go nuts. We ignored them. It's 8:00PM for the ****'s sake; it can wait.
May seem odd, but we had no idea that anything had happened and likely wouldn't have found out until the following day. Neither of us watch actual TV (too many commercials), we've precisely zero reason to concern ourselves with the babbling of local news (beyond the weather), and both us of seldom use/consume social media.
My wife's youngest sister (traveling in Thailand on work) and her older sister (at home in DC) pressed on, and our phones kept on buzzing. Boggled my mind that someone over 1000 miles away on the opposite end of the country and another on the opposite side of the world caught wind of an event taking place up the road from us before we did.
Apparently, we're disconnected despite our being constantly connected.

Pretty much everyone around here owns at least one gun. Concealed carry permits are easy to come by: don't commit felonies; take a class; carry a gun. My wife's dad (a plaintiff lawyer) is about as left as they come; he keeps a handgun in his car and a sawed-off shotgun in his closet. His wife (also very much on the left) doesn't like the handgun, but she's comfortable operating and cleaning the shotgun.

As an aside: An older yankee friend worked intel for a branch of the armed services many years back. His department modeled hypothetical invasion scenarios. This is all dated info, but at the time (so say) ... assuming zero response from US military, an appropriately sized foreign invading force could successfully occupy large portions of the northeast and western United States. To occupy the states of Louisiana and Texas, the same invading force would need double its size, and even then could hold the land for no greater than 7 days. Lol.

lol long time ago, heard flux grenades going off over and over, was like wtf mate. Ran over and it was a cal commando or heavy doing that. Was some redline game so didn't feel like too much of a waste running over to find dude doing that.

Lol. Not sure if there's any science or statistics to point to. Personal observation and anecdote. And Playboy. The magazine ran a hottest college campus survey of several years back; the small college here reportedly ranked in the Top 10. Coincidentally, the college also has one of the top nursing programs in the country :-)
I'm not originally from here, by the way; the state I grew up in (Indiana) is not known for pretty people; there's an old joke that each and every one of IU's good-looking cheerleaders attended on scholarship. Not as well-traveled as Mollerz, but I've visited most states and several different countries; I find the ratio of pretty girls here to be disproportionately high. Buddies from other areas who visit report the same.
There could be truth to the claims that the French tend to produce prettier women, and this area was originally settled by outcasts from French Canada. Lots of money here on account of petroleum ... lots of rich people eating and breeding well over the years. Maybe there's some science at the root of it all.

I have a lot of suboptimal fits, and that's fine, because I don't expect them to be great performersGǪ This guy though.
On a related note (Not optimal) I test ran my Triple Light Weapon Black Eagle fit last night.
Hilarious and surprisingly useful in the match.
PLCed a LAV and Dropship
SG came in handy for up close work and popping snipers I snuck up on.
AR laid down suppressive fire at the Objective and netted a few kills and many assists.
So much lol for one fit. Especially since it's all made of salvage and rewards
