Traded Legacy light gal skin for Ishukone Cal medium skin. Since i already have gal scout BPOs it was a good trade. The definition of swag, and a guy i was running CFW with had received Kaalikiota Cal medium BPO and we both agreed we're even on the awesomeness scale.
...And then i lagged so bad i had to leave battle and relog, did another FW and i got the black screen glitch that froze my PS3 so i just said screw it and watched Netflix.

I think it's a horrible idea, and a "filler". We did not run out of things to fix, but rattati is "seriously thinking" about adding A NEW MODULE to the game which will probably break the game balance for main things that have been balance for the last year (hp on frames, weapond dmg, etc). Which brings us back to square one and the whole bufff/nerf cycle is revived...
Sometimes I really think CCP's breaking stuff on purpose just to have something to fix in the next patch/hotfix..
I know that's paranoid, but I really like to think it's a more plausible idea than accusing them of being lame at coding and everything that has to do with computers and programming.
Last time he had a great idea of "shaking up the meta" he rendered range amps useless on most frames, while not fixing bugs with E-WAR.
So yeah, I'd rather he did not have another genious idea and fix this game already...
I hope warlords 1.3 has one thing and one thing only in patch notes

I am all for finding an alternative to voice comms, which IMO is terribad in dust.
(try this: sneak around listening to footsteps of incoming enemies, respawn, drive in a tank while having a convo on voice comms, without changing the volume after each of those activities..)
Oh yeah, maybe that's because some sounds don't change volume no matter what. Spawning sound for example..
But if it comes to text chat I think dust is good enough, just plug in a keyboard.(although how does it impact performance is a big unknown..)

Teamspeak is available on mobile i believe. If it will make your ps3 lag I don't know.

TBH I have never known of any other corp to do this, and I think you're creating unnecessary hassle for yourself.

That's actually a fantastic idea. Maybe swing the idea by Rattati, it sounds exactly like the kind of thing he has in mind for Raiding's eventual setup.
Don't forget the Dorling Kindersley's. That's what individual merc CP investment should be returning. ISK could be part of that too I suppose, also don't forget the keep what you kill (will APEX kills grant ISK directly?)

This is not solely a CCP thing. Every company ships buggy software, just in varying degrees. It's far harder to QA things in a closed environment like the PS3 platform; hard if not impossible to have a proper testing environment, yada yada.
As for up means down, I got the feeling that isn't the case for everyone. If this is true, then it's a weird problem any company could miss.
PS. We accept it more when we didn't buy anything, DUST is a case in point. Inb4 fanboi. |

Buff all NK damage by 25%, meaning that every suit would have the same damage potential as the Minja, but the Minja would still keep their 25% bonus, giving them Uber NKs.
It could make NKs more viable for other suits, and make it more fun. ^^
