I had a few good games in FW. Ended up.fighting for Minmatar even though it wast the only one I had selected. A squad of us had fun fighting some other organized teams (and winning). Just one bad battle where they roofed camped on the new map and we only lost five clones I think. I was killed once by friendly flaylock Fire... Bastard, I'd already knifed the guy hacking.

How many have you found to be helpful? I never had lag on gallente production for the longest time and then I came back after taking a break and lagged like hell whenever I played it. All the corp mail I received during that time might explain it.

Damn, sorry True.
I limit my chats, but have kept every email. Lag is most noticable when there is tons of equipment on field. Match yesterday went pretty well until 4 tanks kept circling the objective, prompting every blueberry close to a supply depot to start laying out mines. Then the problem wasn't the tanks, but that once you came within 200m of the mines the framerate would drop to a point of being unplayable.

You know I hate to join in on the circlejerk but this matchmaking algorithm really needs tweaking. I've never been placed in mostly empty matches in Dust before but since the change I've been getting them left right and center. Just had a 5v4 ambush that ended by the timer (I went 13-3 and we still lost!!! More kills than the other 4 teammates put together)

Oh yeah, that's always been going on. It was supposed to be fixed but it doesn't bother me much, it just lets me have another brief conversation with scotty before getting back into it.  The empty matches do peeve me a bit though, because those are time consuming and affect match quality a lot. But I take the good with the bad, I'd rather have a turbulent road leading to a fuctional matchmaking than no matchmaking at all.

I always thought they were pretty good.
Just have to be careful when dealing with Heavies, and you have to make sure you charge them, so they are less versatile.
Used in the right situations however they work great.

I experienced lag hell today whilst ringing for GAM (which I will never do again ). It took about 5 seconds after I touched the analogue stick before I actually moved, and I must have been on around 3 FPS. Not even exaggerating.
