You can count me in whenever I'm on during that time And players can't be revived if they're killed by explosives in general, which is why I used to have a plasma cannon + flaylock + RE fit exclusively made to grief proto stompers. Sadly the ISK inflation we've gotten over time has made this less of a legitimate thing to do. Nobody cares if they lose proto suits anymore. I care That scout you see on the kill board with 20 kills and 15 deaths

It's not even fair And why is that 15 dB scans are either non-existent or dang-near everywhere and constant? Are scannerinas to blame or do you think they're really fielding 2-3 GalLogis with 3-4 Focused Scanners a piece? PS: Agreed, the GalScout is the Scout's only good response to frequent 15dB scans. So it was basically a study by her, referencing herself in third person, and since she had been married and had a hyphenated name, all the citations took the form of whatever stage she happened to be at when she published the other studies that she did in the study she did. If anything, it was a demonstration of her ability to get published in the field and her standing as some sort of authority on the subject (which she totally was).
