What you are not seeing in this thread is the features and ideas thread that had the ideas presented in an over the top, with no concession being made to scale it back. Also most of the ideas were pitched around diminishing the Minscout role to bolster the Amarr scout. At that time the Minscout had just scratched the surface of viable. If anything taking from the Galscout would have been more appropriate, but that was not the agenda.
I was using the Amarr scout and hardly would I say it was suffering. It needed a boost but not a huge one.
Also I don;t know that it was much more of a vetting than many of our ideas get. Hell, they didn't even get Appia'd.
I like Aero and True, they do have good ideas around a lot of things, and are totally fun to run with or against.

They did have solutions though that were practical. They had data, they didn't just rant about how the Amarr Scout had to have a better bonus, they listed WHY it needed a better bonus, and what bonus it should be. And I know, from being in PIE for a couple months on an alt account, that Aero and True know what they are talking about when it comes to Amarr, but they aren't biased in wanting to make the Amarr better than every other race.
