It's Saturday. I just sat "searching for battle" for a full 10 minutes. All modes checked, excluding Domination. The match I get -- after waiting for 10 minutes -- is me + some randoms vs a stompsquad. The lag was real. I should've backed out, but 10 minutes is a long wait for nothing. So I spent about a million ISK entertaining the stompsquad and got paid ~200k EOM for my efforts. Apparently, we had a rep logi or two somewhere on the field.

There's so much room for improvement. Fix the lag. Fix the stomps. Fix pay. Fix class imbalance. Add a solo queue so people can find a decent quality match when PCU is low and/or match quality elsewhere is suspect.

The wife's away and I've got a few free hours to play. Really wanted to play DUST; instead, I'll be doing other things. First on the list is fussing on the DUST Forums. Check! Now off to find something else to play.

For all its beauty, Ico is absolutely not without flaws, and some parts are pretty poorly designed. (If you get to the water wheel part and have a nervous breakdown trying to get past it, ask me about it on Skype) But in spite of all that it's one of my favorite games of all time, and I HATE puzzle games. I switched char and I pissed around in my ADS a bit, did nothing to help the team in 4/5 battles as need to escape a lot, lost a couple dropships. Then I got bored and bought Farming Simulator 2015 on sale. Playing around with Steam Big Picture, see how viable it is, thinking of buying Steam link and controller. Then I expect with only basic features on FIFA 16 for PS3 (meaning I won't be buying that franchise for the first time since 2008) and DUST on the threshold of pointless for me personally, I'll be PC platform only. I had been looking forward to activating another triple booster this weekend, but after a couple games I couldn't be arsed. Got cash for you here CCP, PLEEEASE give me a reason to give it to you.
