CalScout doesn't hit its stride until Level 5. Cloak will be tough to fit until max level, and (IIRC) until max level you'll also need a damp in both of your lows to beat 21dB scans. If they let you use your second low slot for something other than damps, I'd recommend a KinCat. A little extra speed can get you into position and out-of-trouble faster. If Range Extenders get buffed (down the road) then extra scan Range might come in more handy than extra speed; for now, they really aren't worth the slot. Ferro and Reactive Plates are another solid option especially if you're a Rifleman.

As for weaponry, depending upon the map, I'd recommend pairing Knives with a Rifle or Shotgun with a reliable, ranged sidearm (pre-FoxFour: Bolt, SMG; post-FoxFour: ScP, MagSec, SMG, ASMG).

Yeah, I've been using a shotgun with bolt pistol. With two ehanced my profile is 20 and my precision is 26 with 3 ehnaced and 1 basic precision ehancer. Also with the cloak I'm completely new to that and have no clue how to use it properly ever since the update to nerf it's pull out speed.

It's awesome (and suspicious) that you're already thinking about EWAR in terms of specific decibel levels. Lots of newbros have popped in here seeking advice over the years; you're the first to pop in with his profile/precision levels in hand.

Take a look at the sheet titled 'Summary'. This will breakdown for you how Falloff works. Your scan precision of 26dB is your mid-range precision. Your close-range precision will be much stronger and your precision at range much weaker ...

I run a scout M/1 scout on my scout alt with 3 red and 3 blues as my main suit it has a adv plc and a stnd assault scrambler pistol on it.... i get one shot a lot as i haven't maxed armor upgrades yet im not sure about shield tho...over half my fits don't have a hp mod on it.. i still kill a lot of people tho lol BUILD MORE FARMS!

I'm kind of silly that way. Agree about Dom & kdr. I'd personally like to slay or at least break even, but my priority isn't slaying. You're not going to win a Dom or Skirm with just killing, you're going to need to be set up to succeed & kill properly. You're going to need uplinks, ammo, triage, backup spawns incase areas are lost. Hacks on installs like SDs & CRUs to keep a solid lockdown on an area to keep control. Maybe some AV. I've been told thats all i can do & that i can't slay. No i can't, not right now anyway. But i do all the important crap that certain people never see or acknowledge. We won it must have been cause i dropped a 40 bomb, no, you won because I kept the point hacked, uplinks & ammo, and triage supplied, kept as much control as one jack-of-all-trades can do, some scans, drove AV off you're ass etc. The killing may have helped, but thats not the most important thing. So yes, all i can do are the jobs that i hardly see anyone else doing that keeps the flow of the battle running smooth as i can make it usually by myself in a solo squad while you go bragging about you're 40+ bombs. So excuse me if i honestly don't GASF about my kdr. Akward, but killing more than dying would make me happy, breaking 30 kills more then once would REALLY make me happy, so trying to ease into a tactical slayer role, and id rather play ambush then Dom but i will accommodate at times, I mostly play Dom because i get tired of the long search times for Skirm. I'll spend a good hour looking at one suit and thinking of different builds. Most of the reason for this is that I spent a whole week reading the eve uni guides on everything they had. And since it is free, they could easily compile a version in UE4 and just see what is up.. work their way through the bugs and conversions and who knows? If it is just beyond their skill sets (CEO hello?) then ah well. But at this point I think UE really does a lot for you in getting you converted. I can not imagine that anything they coded in UE3 is impossible to port to UE4.

Matchmaing is real fuked up...i can't be crazy when i say that 4/5 times the reason redline battles still occur is due to 2 squads being put on the same team vs lone wolfs and blueberries. Maybe they have the algorithm for mu wrong or something. we vs'd a full ~~proto~~officer squad of carne con, then another* squad of japs in gv.0's and scan logo's -_- I honestly think the old matchmaking system worked better, but back then more people were playing and we had 6-man squads so...yeah another hot fix/patch us scouts don't have to worry about sLaYeR I'm a knifing pussy ^-^/

A) let us once again join squads on our teams in a fashion that allows us to do it before the match starts. Easy peasy. It existed before. B) try to compile your spaghetti code in UE4 for ***** free and see what happens in your own office. IT might.. even just work after a few changes that would take one person less than a month. Possibly even less time? Two super minor and easy things to do that will instantly have value adds like a motherknifer.

One thing I always do when playing video games is exercise based on my performance. I die 10 times? That's ten pulls ups. Or what have you. whatever exercise regiment you may have. If I win flawless then I east a healthy snack, etc. Over time it helps out a lot because of variance of activity, breaks in between, and connects virtual activity to real world benefits.
