For comparison. Here are my current tabs and desktop.
I'm a very clean person when it comes to computers. No icons to mess up my picture, limited things on my taskbar.
If I need to find something, Everything does that fantastically. Most used applications are on my start menu, just a windows key away.
Oh, shameless plug for the Everything program. Just type whatever you want to search for into the box, it QUICKLY searches the entire computer for any file with that name on it.
For example: Morrowind Overhaul. Literally popped up as fast as I could type it.
