They apparently did tons of auditions, and since they were all decent musicians, they did their homework. They said on a reddit AMA that it REALLY helped that all the drummers were pretty solid.

I've played with and against him in PC and he's a pretty cool guy. I'll definitely be voting for him.

* Create a fireteam in squadfinder "ISK for Grief"
* Queue FW on the same side as whomever's doing the stomping
* Pick one bigshot on the enemy team to grief
* Send him mail in advance telling him what you're up to
* Pay your griefers 100k Isk each time they kill the bigshot
* Tell your griefers to "punish" anyone to teamkills them back
