My take on raiding.
Lower player numbers. I.e. 8v8, 10v10 etc.
Winning a raid nets you some smaller percentage of that district's resources, and while the original corp side still technically retains ownership, so long as the raiding corp has possession, the district stops producing resources. Raiding corps can ransom the district back or district owners can re raid and win it back.
This not only prevents farming, but gives the corp owning the district incentive to win and retain control.
ISK from clones killed can stay the same as Raiders don't necessarily want to take possession or ransom.

There is only 245 Districts in Dust514. There is LIMITED ROOM in PC. It isn't for everyone.
You want in, get some initiative and stake a claim.
I remember when we had to run Aurum gear to be competitive, back when I didn't have proto. We had to do corp taxes to pay for PC's and our tankers. You guys are being handed accessibility to PC on a silver freaking platter and are wasting it by making stupid decisions.
If you want to get into the world of boxing, you don't try to pick a fight with Mohammed Ali right off the bat and complain that nobody can get into the sport. You start with easier opponents and work your way up.

Who you attack isn't necessarily who shows up. Don't get me wrong, we'll keep on attacking, but I've no doubt that just like our last attack we'll be up against ringers far more often than not. And I expect that'll be the case right up until Raid Mechanics change. When there aren't enough Ringers to go around, what we'll all end up with are better fights.

I don't think CCP is going to limit PC's to just the corp involve anytime soon, and once again, it was something we still had to deal with back then as well.

If people ignore fighting farm corps doesn't that just enable the farmers?
Wouldn't it be better to attack enough farming corps to thin out the ability to ring?
The fact farming corps exist at all tells me there are problems. Hopefully this will change.
