I've missed shots that should have been sure to hit, and hit things that I felt were sure to miss.
Himiko Kuronaga put it best. You don't aim a bolt pistol. You feel the shot and pull the trigger. Think less, feel more.

I do agree, it needs tweaking, but saying it should be plain out nerfed into hell is not a suitable solution to it.
I'd say lower the clip size by 1.

I can say the exact opposite.
There may be a problem here though. I find it harder to survive in a Calscout C/1 Series than a Gallente Light Frame G/1 Series. After awhile, I tested out the hitboxes, all were in order with each other. (Save a small blip on the Amarr scout)

I know mine seems regularly bad now fairly frequently. Interestingly superjoe mentioned it last night and he was away for some time. His impression is its a lot worse now too. I do hate how much it can detract from the game.

I'm willing to bet performance will improve; Rattati's delivered on every other front.
Can you imagine how incredible Dust would be without lag? The fact that we love this game despite its oft glaring faults either speaks volumes to its potential or demonstrates the exceptionally low standards of the addicted crazies who play it. I'd like to think it's potential that keeps me coming back for more :-)
