Shotty is already as leader-y as you can get without actually being a leader. He himself appointed Musturd to the position of CEO as a figurehead.
Personally I like the kind of de facto soft-leadership we have going, feels appropriate for a band of lawless pirates. We don't have any need for a real leader anyways, we're a pretty casual corporation.

Really depends on the match and what I'm running. Not as young as I used to be; my response time is already slower than many of yours, and I can't carry on a conversation without it slowing further. Also have a pretty short fuse so I "self-regulate" by switching off coms. Arkena already knows, but I don't want the rest of you guys to discover I'm an arse-hole. Lol

Looking at our Command Point totals so far today, it occurs to me just how valuable Alts will be for generating CP. If Raids end up being worth our time, it may not be a bad idea for us to run our Alts for a match or two to increase our daily CP intake.
