The only BPO I have received is a Quafe Swarm Launcher..on an alt..that was not lvl 4, so I biomassed it because it was just a stupid swarm.
EDIT: On a totally random and unrelated note, I have been slowly learning to code website designs. I have been hoping to make either a Scout website or forum, but I have been skeptical of it's success and whether it is a good idea or not. Doubt it is a good idea, but It is a nice thought.

While I think the long history is important to point out like Ark did, I still see her hoping to whatever corp is doing well at the time. That could be a direct reflection of her strong leadership just as it is her ability to know who is "top dog" before it comes to fruition. Could also mean she doesn't like being on the losing side. Plenty of conjecture there

Potentially offers insight into a player's personality. One could argue than an active player who corp hops every month might make for a less reliable CPM than an active player who remained with corp(s) through thick and thin for long periods of time.
Granted, this isn't what I'd call a strong indicator. I think it speaks well of Zaria that our "potentially good" pile is healthy, and we're effectively grasping at straws for the "potentially bad" pile.

Not going to pretend to understand or care about politics just going to state what i found funny. Shotguns are OP man, was all that was said after watching BOH (BrotherofHavoc) PC on YT. But it DID seem like the whole team was carrying on shotgun and im sure half were assaults with shotguns.
But since people love to say shotgun are OP and people are cheating cause ya got shot in a shooting game, and for the fact you can rarely trust players input when beyond frustrated and comments section on YT, some of them, for the sake of curiosity, may be cheating/using cheap tactics even for PC.

Its difficult to get a single strong feel for someone based on the "face" they put on for the community. Digging into old behavior, allies, traits, habits etc is the best way to get a handle on someones true intent.
When you go to hire someone for a job you don't assume everything from their resume/CV. You call references and look at their past to dictate how they will perform in the future.
IMO some of the best CPM/CSM people are those who write blogs. They tend to interface with the community and thats the most powerful role they provide.
