While Rattati has largely been silent these last few months, I have to give him more credit than that.
I am hoping that the skins/tier thing finally has had enough time to be finished.
Although I will mostly keep my expectations down to a few minor changes, because I can't see the large stuff happening right now.

You -can- use blasters on a Kronos - if you range mod it, they can hit almost out to 70km - but honestly you do more damage with rails at those ranges and the modding strength you don't spend on range can be spent on other things.
A flight of light drones will take out frigates/dessies reasonably well, and rails will splat everything else at range.
Here's what I use. It's a little bit blingy but it works just fine with T2 instead. At present it has a 2.7k DPS kin/therm tank, although that might be around 2k DPS with T2.

Antimatter works just fine for pretty much everything. Up to 110km, which is your lock range anyway, it'll be doing solid damage:
~750 DPS up to 50km
~600 DPS up to 80km
~450 DPS up to 110km
Drones will add to that, of course. You have 50 mbit/s drone bandwidth so can use a flight of hammerheads but you'll be wanting lights for killing frigates more than anything else. With a 125m^3 drone bay you'll basically never run out of them, either.
Basically, warp into the mission, nuke everything within range, and if there's a bit much heat or something gets under your guns you can MJD away and nuke them from there. It also serves as an emergency GTFO button in case something goes wrong - a flight of lights is plenty enough to take out NPC scram frigs, so you shouldn't need to worry about not having it available. If you're comfortable without it you can axe it in favour of something else - perhaps another cap recharger, and then run damage rigs or something.

Huh, 1.3 on the way.... I'll wait and see but I'll be sad if more stealth/EWAR moves to medium frames. Ridiculous that all Logi's are so proficient as-is with active and passive scanning (multiple scanners even w/out Gal bonus). Yet some scouts still struggle to stay off-grid.
BTW - that scotsman is seriously awesome. I got three of them from a dropbox opening yesterday - not sure when I'll ever use them but they are pretty nice!

I have a reduction to the materials it needs but it's still not profitable to build it.

I got 2nd place during a regional chess tournament when I was in 5th grade.
I lost to a freaking noob. He was my friend though and kinda bad ass but still.
I wish I was #1 in something at least once.
