It would increase your stamina a lot more than cardiac regulators, but it would not affect regen. I would love to have that.

It increases both sprint speed AND Melee!

What about a self-injector? 1-2 uses to heal armor damage? Trained like Nanite injectors and affects you like a rep tool or armor regen. The difference is it's a flat recovery not regen. Max 50% recovered and a cooldown to prevent heavies becoming instant healed

I like my Melee Minmando, he does 700 HP damage, but costs too much to viably run, so I never bring him out.

Wanted to get the 3 wins in on it so sighed and went in.
Took like 5 or 6 matches to get em done with me trying to do pretty much nothing.

If you have a character on the same psn as the alt you can just skip the academy
and
If vehicles are removed from Ambush why can't they be removed from the Academy lol
Saw 2 tanks in about every one of the matches. Just sitting in the middle of the road shooting away.

Hiding behind boxes till a red dot wandered up to them.

So.
My playstyle always seems to end up with me sitting at ~20m from my target.
Unfortunately I feel like I never have a weapon truly specialised at this distance.
The AR has significantly more range than that and I'm after something that can really hit hard, instead of the feeling I get with the AR where it's "Eh, I could use a CR for the same effect".
I want a close range weapon that isn't point blank range.
But I can't really think of anything. The only weapon that has the sort of range I'm looking for is the ion pistol, and... well.
Any thoughts?

I am pretty sure I have heard Rattati mention basing the Academy on total account SP instead of just Alt SP, so there is that to look forward to.
Vehicles would probably be a good idea, even though that is where I took my alt to learn to fly.
It would be nice if there were a place to learn to drive/fly without being shot down immediately though.

That could quite potentially become too OP and be used for sneaking past enemy lines, it would also make every person make sure the enemy is terminated for good.

I don't think you can get a headshot with meleeing......

The Regular Combat Rifle works like a charm at that range. The Assault Combat Rifle as well though a little less so.

They won't according to the information we've been given. The post said it was designed specifically for this event, the HEP was designed for a previous one.
Also isn't the module a bonus? What about the main reward?
