Logis don't need a buff. They are pretty balanced with heavies and scouts (heavies are getting slightly nerfed in Charlie). If the assault changes make them better than logis, the assault buff is too much. I'm not saying it will be by the way.

I think you could do that stuff with modules. With more base hp you could make a viable suit without stacking loads of hp mods. Increasing base hp and speed is much more new player friendly than a load of additional suit skill bonuses. Not sayin...
