I fail to comprehend why a long-range weapon would have less ability to put rounds down range compared to the allegedly-short ranged assault rifle. It's okay if you miss more often if you can just hold the trigger down and spray...

Turning is a lot faster in suits that go faster. Slower frames and adding armor slow your turn speed. Personally, I can't handle anything worse than a single basic plate before it starts feeling sluggish.

I haven't tried, but I don't see why it wouldn't be possible in PC. Spawn, drop three uplinks of the same type as you've previously deployed, destroying the old ones. Then flux them away.

With all due respect, that's a wrong-headed idea. -5% delay is an entire half a second increase from depleted shields. It's well worth a level 5 prereq.

The easiest way to do this would be to send a notification to a player when they've achieved their target. Heck, if the database query is a big performance problem, just check once each downtime. If not, check once each hour or two.
