Still need optimal range in the weapon stats, forge gun reload speed, etc. It's great that Protofits is a nice work around but I know of a handful of people in game who (unbelievably) don't have PCs.

Real talk - I stopped using the Tactical Assault Rifle on my Gallente Assault because the Scrambler was better. Longer range, higher damage, charge-shot, more ammo in the magazine, faster rate of fire.... But, yanno, community still thinks the TAR...
