I'm both tanker and a minelayer and I support this. Make mines scannable by both vehicle and handheld scanner BUT ALSO remove the free beeping warning sound from mines. It's lame.

That's one of the best ways to reduce uplink spam. Few open questions still: - Would you know your link is too close only by spending one link? - What else could it be? - Would only blue links limit other blue links, or would red links do the same...
