This happens (mostly) when you haven't adjusted the PS Move deadzone settings. Don't ask me why they affect the other control schemes, but turn deadzone on both the x and y axis down to 0, and it should be easier to get smooth and fluid movements.

Optimal SMG range is spray-and-pray range. If you have to ADS, you're firing outside optimal range already. And I haven't had a problem with the turning speed in that situation yet. Haven't played a lot though, so this may change as time goes on...

I think "Burst Sniper" would be a better name, and I don't think it's a good idea to have this with no charge time. if anything, it should have a LONGER charge time because it's charging up for 3 shots instead of just 1.
