None. Speed is irrelevant with RIfle DPS and AA, combined with "mandatory unless you're Caldari" Armor plates reducing speed. Might as well be using Amarr Logistics, since you can carry 3 EQ.

Monthly patches were better, because you only had to put up with FotM for a month. Tank514 is lasting for 3 months, it's mentally draining and it makes you want to play something else instead of waiting that long for a fix.
