2. Shield Regen - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
I agree that the Cal sent is hands down the best Shield suit in the game. Which isn't saying much -- not because it is a bad suit -- but because shields don't function as well in close combat as armor (which they shouldn't). Shields not functionin...

4. What if Codebreakers were in the high slot? - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
If you did move damage slots to the low you would invariably have to make a different kind of mod. Personally, I don't think you should move damage mods to low. Quite simply -- you still have the same issue as before -- one tank type gets extra d...

5. Helping the Rail Rifle - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
RRs are pretty good. Exceptional range, damage bonus to armor which is where the majority of the HP in this game is tied up, and do about the same DPS as other rifles. /thread

6. Shield Rep Tool - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
There is nothing anymore stupid about making a shield rep tool than there was when armor rep tools were coded. They would not be any more overpowered than an armor rep tool as they would function the same way and in the same situations. These crie...

7. Merge shield regulators and rechargers into one module - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
Ok, so shield suits would have room for more movement mods but still have to sacrifice Tank (extenders) for regen (regulator/recharger combo)? That's actually not a bad idea. It would still keep the shield suits with the penalty of sacrificing T...

9. Buff shield tanking and nerf locus spam. - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
I don't see how this would improve gameplay really. Sure, snipers couldn't one shot you anymore, and locus grenades wouldn't instant pop you so easily. However, all it does is give shield suits nigh immunity to grenades and mass drivers. Which, wi...

11. Armor > Shields discussion (Infantry) - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
Armor was only UP because of the 10% speed penalty back in the day. When they made it a smaller penalty and added feroscales armor stopped being UP. Shield threshold is one way to go. Another is the variety of shield mods that armor tankers hav...

14. [Feedback] Return of the Shield Tankers - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
I would say this module is too powerful. Shields dont need to be able to do what armor can do. They need to do what they do better. Also @Deeze, Shield suits have higher KDs because they stay at long range -- they are so squishy that they HAVE to.

15. DMG mods - in Feedback/Requests [original thread]
Damage mods take up Shield suit tank slots. Buffing damage mods only helps armor players who will be able to stack damage mods without sacrificing tank slots. Changing them to allow them to do more or less damage to an HP type could be used to h...
