Actually -- tbh, I kind of agree with the OP. I'm not sure about a heat cool down, but reptools feel a bit OP. The rep tool always applies 100% of its healing. Guns NEVER apply 100% of their DPS. Saying that it only offsets 1/3rd damage is fallac...

Personally I think they should just give it a nice range buff. Since it's better to use other forges for various reasons, give this one a good range advantage over the others and it'll find a place on the battlefield.

Well, the Aim Assist on it is kinda strong. Its easier to headshot during hip fire than aim down sights. But when used as intended and aimed down sights its damn hard to use.
