As a person who almost exclusively plays a Heavy, occasionally Logistics: What crybabies are complaining about snipers? They're certainly not overpowered from what I can tell, so if you're having fun playing one then I don't see a problem.

I am also hoping remote armor repairing will remain more meaningful than remote shield boosting. This makes shields more useful for people who run around and armor more useful for absorbing massive damage when backed up by a logi in a team.
