Big surprise, players that run cloaked shotguns want shared scans removed. Players think that a squad of 4 organized players shouldn't have an advantage over 4 random cloaked scrubs .

Caldari sentinel should keep 4-1 slot layout at proto to see if shield changes help it's survival. 2 lows would more than likely translates to 2 plates ( unless you want to run around like alldin ).

logis wouldn't need more pg/cpu than assaults if the equipment fitting efficiency bonus was as high as the scouts bonus to using the cloak.

Shield modules use around twice as much cpu as armor modules. want 110 armor? Gimme like 12 cpu want 66 shields? Gimme like 54 cpu yeah these aren't exact numbers but increasing high slots means more cpu will be used. and I don't understand the...
