Again, I'll point out that if base medium frame/assault suit stats change, then it could be possible for a std scrambler to fit on an Amarr with inflated "MLT" stats. We still don't know what those new suit stats may look like.

Yup. It's actually pretty intuitive, and makes sense to anyone that already knows the EVE system I'm sure. I think the only problem in understanding it is understanding that what the point is if nothing is changing necessarily.

I still think we need a base speed adjustment of all the suits so that the Amarr scout is, at the very least, noticeably faster than the fastest Assault. Because scouts are such a speed dependent role of course... I'd agree with the bonus needing...
