Kills are broadcasted, but they aren't necessarily the most important thing. Is there any good reason why revives, hacks, counter-hacks etc aren't broadcasted? As a support logi, it'd be nice to be famous for my non-violence.

After a few triage cycles (5 or so) a cool down timer starts that stops you from getting/farming wp from healing. Remaining cycles won't give wp.
