Great post.. except your numbers are wrong: You should take into account the passive 10% from armor plates and shield extension, as you need both to run complex. Also take into account Caldari Logistics 25% to shield extenders, and Caldari Assaul...

Agreed, hopefully they wait and release the remaining dropsuits, as well as all of the fixed racial bonuses, and do it all at the same time in the same patch... then issue a global refund of all skills under "Dropsuit Command"
