A lot of new items are coming into dust the skills use to be omni which was nice because you could skill a few skills that would improve all your light weapons, heavy weapons, or side arms now you have to skill individually into each weapon. The sp sink is massive and people might totally over look certain skills now to save sp. My question here is with a much larger sp sink and all the new gear coming into the game how do you expect us especially new players who aren't as wise as vets to get efficient weapons like the pilot suit, commando suit, or new Minmitar assault rifle. It's insane to think with a much larger sp sink that anyone will be able to afford prototype. Will we be guaranteed more skill resets when new content comes out?
I think everyone should be given 2 more resets that replenish every year and the option to buy more for Aurum which in the future will be able to be on the open market. |

Respecs don't Need to be given out like Candy.
Just cause you Failed to Spec Correctly, which I did, doesn't mean you can get a free pass every time something new and unbalanced comes out. ONE more Respec once all the Important Gear like the Dropsuits, Racial Weapons, and Racial Gear Is Put in and Balanced. If they gave you a Respec Prior to every thing getting balanced, then you would Spec into the OP weapons, and once those OP weapons are Balanced, you'll whine for more Respecs cause you Spec'd into something that Got Nerfed into is appropriate Position. Or were Overnerfed Liken the MD

The idea of new content isn't "oh shiny I wanna respec into that!"
However... this game is in such a constant state of flux with weapon balancing and incomplete dropsuit selection (Heavies/Scout anyone?) that its hard to know if the choice you make today is going to be meaningful tomorrow.
It kind of sucks when we're missing so much content but there pretty only one thing to say about it at this point.

It's going to have to be like in the closed beta, everyone used standard until they decided the weapon is or isn't to their tastes it's sad everyone wants more and more sp so they can get to proto faster.
On a different note, the std gear needs to be better then mil, and adv and proto needs to be slightly weakened so std is viable to be used as opposed to mil gear, because the only thing that is worth getting to std or better is the plate and extender skills. Everything else and the only benefit is the fitting stats, which aren't that extensive anyway. |

Given out like candy is not a respec a year and this is just an idea to let CCP know the system that they have implemented is not working. I did not fail to spec correclty I wanted a logistic suit I just didn't realize how intense the SP sink was. |

Even more? what's the point ofhaving sp? , well make there be a Noticeable difference between Ml and STD gear. If Everyone wants the ADV and PRO to stay where they are, then its what the community wants.
But There does need to be a reason to Put SP into gear besides "Oh, theres no Militia Variant" or " There is a Nice Bonus.
Lets look at the ARs for a moment, the ONLY difference Between the MIL and the STD is clip size and fitting. And since the Smart AR user reloads after every Kill/Firefight, that 12 more shots are pointless. Shield Extenders are even less useful to use STD, unless your fitting PG/CPU extensive Mods or Equipment |

Why can't people just create a new character to be able to use new stuff? |

You could do that but some of us don't want to grind more then one character I deleted my 3 other it was just to much work t meet my cap with a game I barely enjoyed. |
