I've noticed in the configuration options for KBM there is a mouse smoothing option. I don't know how well it works but it might take care of small movements (jitter in your hand) when you are zoomed in.

Sounds like a fun suit! For any module that has a stacking penalty the 4th one doesn't help much. Might want, for those things, to use the slot for something else. Multipliers are 1 times the bonus, 1.87, 2.44 and for the 4th one 2.72.
