I don't see the problem with it being difficult to destroy when it's got no cooldowns. LAV's are wide open, so it should always be a better idea to kill the gunner/driver of it. It shouldn't be the issue of LAV users that most people are too slow...

Recoil... If the gun recoils like crazy when you spam the button too fast, then it makes the turbo controller users forced to have some skill in keeping it pointing the right direction. The recoil on weapons needs to not 'self-correct' as it does...
