It's a step in the right direction, but there's no such thing as an easy fix here. Since beta, this game has been balanced around unreliable hit detection. Simply saying "do this" or "tweak that" isn't going to magically rebalance things overnight...

It's not the suit that's the problem. Just about everything useful is a low slot item leaving you with nothng but extenders, rechargers, and damage mods to choose from. Short TTK and the shield nerf doesn't help either, but nobody started complain...

Easy to kill vehicles = no more vehicles = wasted SP on AV. Now AV is a viable role to run 24/7 short of getting WP for damaging vehicles, more anti-shield AV and the plasma cannon having an AV identity. If you can OHK vehicles, all that goes away.
