Well it's a little late now, but Fox has let me know that (And I haven't checked) SVER True Blood has attacked the BSoTT District! Yay! Seriously, why are so many people arses? Seriously. So far these things are more trouble than profit, but whatever. Battle is apparently scheduled for Saturday.

Learning Coalition had its first Planetary Conquest training match yesterday evening. Well, actually we had one before, but the timer had not been reset, so no one showed up for it.
This training session illustrated the clockwork efficiency and organisation that the Learning Coalition is known for, which of course is based on the workings of a clock which was tossed off a building and run over by a LAV.
Tic.........Tic.Tic.....................Tic......Sproing!
So when the time came for the match, no one from BojoGÇÖs School of the Trade was on to give Learning Coalition members access to the attacking team. I logged in on my BSotT alt, but discovered that he had not been given the Terrestrial Combat Officer role.
So we only had 16 slots. We carpet bombed Corp chat and Learning Coalition chat with invites and took anyone who wanted to go. Luckily they all fit in the 16 available slots.
So the match started and I called in a few militia dropships. Several beginner pilots started plying the skies. A few ran into buildings, so I called in some more.
Unfortunately a relatively new Corp member started hacking all the objectives. I had made it clear in a Corp mail, in Learning Coalition chat when we were doing the invites, and on Comms, that people should not hack the objectives as it would shorten the match. I checked and this member had voice activated in Learning Coalition chat along with the rest of us, but he refused to communicate. So, I am assuming that it was a deliberate act of sabotage.
Since Immortal Guides is a basic training Corp, and has no entry requirements, there is really no practical way to keep spies and saboteurs out, so I was not particularly surprised at this turn of events. I had originally planned to have the other team hack half of the objectives if this happened, to balance the null cannons and give us a decent match time. Unfortunately we were not able to get anyone onto the other team to do this so the match ended in about 8 minutes.
Some of my guys were a little disappointed at that. GÇ£Is that it.GÇ¥ So I went to initiate an attack on BojoGÇÖs School of the Trades, but SVER True Blood had beaten me too it.
The SVER True Blood attack on BojoGÇÖs School of the Trades will happen at 01:00 EVE time, Saturday evening in the US, Sunday morning in Europe. This should be interesting. |

I put up a valiant fight up against CCP SoxFour to beat his cheated like count. I had 40k likes to his 120k-140k but CCP raRaRA stepped in to even the playing field. For that... I thank him. Victory is much more satisfying when accomplished legitly.
All scripted, glitched likes have now been nerfed thanks to CCP raRaRa. CCP SoxFour is now back down to 13,000 likes. Soxfour thought he could cheat and get away with it, but I decided to rise up and stand up against this corrupt dev. Forum warrior vs Dev Cheater. Yes, I may have utilized the same methods used to boost soxfours likes.... However, if it is okay for dev's to cheat, what example is that setting to the players?
CCP raRaRa a big supporter of fair play has nerfed all forum cheats. I am back to my real like count and I can beat soxfour once and for all! I am even closer to beating him than ever before thanks to raRaRA. Even though I was nerfed, I consider this a victory. A victory for fair play! A victory against soxfour! A victory for all forum warriors!
I will continue my campaign to challenge corrupt ccp dev's. I am still going after you Soxfour. I am not scared of your dev hax. I WILL END YOU!!!!! Maybe some of your fans were running scripts. |

Also, IF SVER was trying to do something good as an act of love for newbies, but just didn't coordinate well enough: Then I'm sorry for the email I sent. Seriously. I'm not even going to type it here. Not because of language, but because of laziness. Although I was pretty angry.
If they were not (Knowing STB's record, I can only assume they're just being [jerks]...), then we have more than enough ringers to fill more than enough armies. If anyone wants to ring in, I'll need to squad with you first, but we're most likely going to stick with our people.

Remember when i said you would lose all of your districts and we would get out own? Sounds to me like the community didn't believe your 'university' was helping anyone. Have you checked out Learning Coalition chat lately? There are more people in there than in your corp chat at any given time. If you honestly think you can take our districts, we can get literally the entire community to rally alongside us.

1), I'm not sided to either alignment, (Although I'm paid by the LC, so...), but I definitely would LOVE for the D-Uni officers/students/whatever coming in here guns blazing and trying to start sh*t. Seriously, thanks.
2), Stop quoting! In fact, just quote the person you want to quote, and then snip the rest of the post! It's annoying, and causes unneeded scrolling!I can do a demonstration!
Demo: Charlotte O'Dell/Mr. FluffyNub wrote:Either way, we have districts and you do not.
Note that I not only cut the post in half to show only the part I wanted to quote, but I also changed the name of the poster. Try it.

If you're not aligned, then you'll hear me out. But I highly doubt that due to your response to my last post. Earlier in this thread, I said I had lost respect for you. You laughed it off and thought I was talking out of my ass. Of course you don't know who I am, I keep to myself and only play this game with people I know. In fact, the move from Dust University to OSG was a huge jump for me. However, what you should know, is that I respect people who want to better the community by helping new players learn the game and become self-sufficient enough to evolve with the game.
I'd like to remind you that it was your organization that fired the first shots. Not Dust University. Don't be so surprised when their leadership, members, and supporters come out of the woodwork brandishing torches and pitchforks.
I tend to lurk a lot on these forums, and I can say just about any thread or post I see from a "Co-Founder" of the Learning Coalition, somewhere in it is an attack against Dust University. I've seen entire threads dedicated to attacking Dust University, and it honestly is hilariously pathetic at how hard you're trying to deface a corporation that keeps to itself, doesn't get involved in politics, and remains focused on it's own goals.
You want this to end? Remove the tumor. But rest assured, the more you ignore it, the sooner your entire organization comes crashing down under it's weight.
(P.S. The Day of the Doctor was the /best/ episode. Ever.)
Fox Gaden wrote:I am done with this. If you had not copied me on your email, and gotten me annoyed over your lack of historical knowledge, I would never have bothered writing this. I am already feeling better, and looking forward to having the time to work on my Frontline Infantry guide.
This is a quote from a paragraph in an e-mail exchange that happened between myself and Fox Gaden on August 29th. I'd like you to note the underlined portion of this quoted bit.
"I am going to seek my own path and steer clear of DUST university. I just want to be away from..."
Fox... not only are you hypocritical. If you actually wanted to steer clear of Dust University, you had every opportunity to stand up and say enough is enough. You didn't, because you're a push-over. You're afraid to speak your mind in front of a crowd because you have that mentality that they'll either laugh at you, tell you to shut up, or completely ignore you and continue going about what it is they're doing - regardless of your opinion. You're not respected by your associates, Fox. It's plain obvious with the constant attacks against Dust University - a Corporation that YOU have personally put work into.

Either way, we have districts and you do not.
What are you? Nine? Ten? You're the most pathetic forum troll I have ever seen. Ever. It's like you're actually trying to **** people off with your childish remarks. I mean, hell... even I can troll better than you. By-the-by, the districts Dust University lost. They didn't care about them because the directorship agreed upon, and voted on, the withdrawal from the districts due to them being nothing more than a distraction from the actual goals of Dust University. |

Naedus, thank you for taking the time to write that, honestly.
Looking at the problems you mentioned, I just want to point out a few.
Quote:I'd like to remind you that it was your organization that fired the first shots. (Look at that quote everyone. Snip it!) A lot of the Co-Founders here are in for different reasons. Charlotte, the one that first called out D-Uni, helped create this because he wanted D-Uni to fall. I, myself, helped create this NOT because I wanted to wipe out D-Uni, but because I wanted to teach people and revive the Bojo's School of The Trades. Fox joined because things were changing for the worse at D-Uni.
I'd also like to point out that Bojo's School of The Trades, has ALWAYS shaken the hand of a D-Uni member. Unless he's on the opposite team. Then I kill him/her. Either way, BSoTT never did anything to D-Uni to hurt it's feelings (/sadface). In fact, when Charlotte said "Ok, let's attack D-Uni!", I basically told him that I just wanted a district so I could start PC battles and teach people in a non-hostile area. Thankfully, the attack didn't go through, but if it had, it was absolutely nothing personal on my end. Any district would've done. I even suggested purchasing the district from D-Uni. Luckily, nothing was done and we got our districts from someone else non-violently.
And this next bit.
Quote:You're not respected by your associates, Fox. It's plain obvious with the constant attacks against Dust University - a Corporation that YOU have personally put work into. Going back to the same conversation about attacking D-Uni's districts, Fox actually backed out. When this was brought up, he replied with "I'll not be personally attacking D-Uni, because of reasons" (Warning, not exact words). Of course, he did say that he can't stop Learning Coalition members from attacking D-Uni themselves. Not because he's a pushover, but because the point of the Learning Coalition is to be a place of freedom. No corp is required, no SP limit/requirement, only that you join the channel. So if Charlotte did that and other Learning Coalition wanted to see what PC was like, it was still a Learning experience, so he wasn't going to mess with it. Also, I don't know who you mean by associates, but I actually respect him a ton. He's on my Top 5 list, definitely. I mean in the game. My Top 5 list doesn't mix games and life.
I think that's about all I wanted to point out. You'll be getting an in-game email about "things" when I'm next on. It's secret Black Ops stuff. I hope you still have your Black Eagle suits because you're going to need two Light Weapons. O.o

Another PC training match has been initiated!
Tomorrow night, we'll be doing things like Dropship Flight Sessions/Training taught by myself, live-fire Infantry Gunning and Tactics with Fox Gaden, and maybe some tournament-type stuff such as LAV racing, Tank Battles, maybe a Dropship Dogfight?
If you're interested in joining, any and all newbies are welcome to fill teams. Email either myself OR Fox Gaden if you want on the roster. The roster will be listed in a seperate post 1h-30m before the match starts. Rules of the session will be explained in the War Room.
If any Youtubers are interested in filming the touraments taking place, send me an email. We'll be accepting 1-3 Youtubers per match, so we can increase our public visibility but not decrease the actual number of students.
Any students that don't make it into THIS match, will automatically be put onto the next match's roster, so don't worry if you don't make it in. :D
Any and all vehicles needed will be supplied by Bojo's School of The Trades. List of owned vehicles are below.
Quote:Dropship Dogfights - Incubus LAV Racing - Callisto Tank Battles - Madrugar Flight Training - Grimsnes These are being personally provided by myself, so even though I won't be angry if you break them, it'd certainly help my wallet if you didn't.
Again, email myself OR Fox Gaden if you want in the match, and I'll get you on the roster.

lol this whole training corp vs. training corp is a joke. Honestly, I am a bit bored of it all. Since I have been involved with D-Uni it has been one drama filled QQ fest after another. LC, have fun, play the game, do your worst to take down D-Uni. It doesn't matter.
I became a part of D-Uni to help people, not to fight childish grudges against people who have way to much time on their hands.
Charchar...who are you. A nobody to me...just like I am to you. You don't hold but this moment of my time writing this.
Fox, you are a joke. Stop plagiarizing other people's guides and programs and passing them off as your own. You were manipulated by a angry crybaby who couldn't follow the rules. A real man would have approached the other and confronted him about the issue. Instead of going behind his back and mailing a bunch of unbelievable non sense in a failed attempt to get him removed. Then when you couldn't get what you wanted you quit like a teenager throwing a rage fit. You are a puppet..good luck with that.
Bojo's....I donno..do your thing I guess. Could care less...
See you guys in FW. o7

Xer0z, I just wanted to point out one minor thing because it drives me nuts when people do it.
"Could care less"
Couldn't care less*
Could care less means you have some ounce of "care" for whatever you're speaking about, and judging by the context of the rest of the post, you don't have an ounce of care.
Honestly, I don't see a corp VS. corp going on here. I see Charlotte, who gets a bit hot-headed, and happens to be against D-Uni, but I know that Fox Gaden nor myself are opposed to D-Uni. Note that the Learning Coalition NEVER said "Better than D-Uni". All we said was "An alternative to D-Uni". Unlike D-Uni, we pull many instructors from outside the Coalition. And there's nothing wrong with using inside instructors, nothing at all. In fact, it has a couple advantages. But also taking from outside has ITS advantages, such as getting more knowledge from further out, instead of using the same person's tactics, and teaching the same thing over and over.
That's the only difference. We use more outside materials, but sometimes that tends to make us iffy. If you use more inside people, they have a fair amount of time and experience to learn how to teach. Sometimes I literally just mail someone who I saw had some good tactics/knowledge and asked them if they want to teach. In fact, I'm a terrible teacher myself. I have terrible ADHD, and I'm super laid back (Assuming I don't get too angry), so everything with me usually boils down to laughter, stupidity, and/or anger. Seriously, I get pissed. Especially at teh proto-stompers. >:|
So yea. As a wise man (child) once said: http://imgur.com/c7NJRa2?tags
Hugs? Bring it in, Xer0z. You get a hug. Naedus? Anyone? Ok. Either way, I propose a truce. We accept our differences, and all haterz can just watch that gif on replay.
