Fox, AG, Bojo and everyone else involved in this project (Learning Coalition): Bravo Zulu! You guys are terrific. TrueXero and Dust Uni held one of its first public lectures last night and the topic was Metagame
The Learning Coalition, IMHO, represents the positive, constructive aspects embodied in the Metagame. And it fills the bill for exactly what DUST needs now - player growth and retention.

Great Job!
Finally we get a D-Uni guy to comment.
Okay, Mr. D-Uni, man:
We want to run to run practice PC's with you guys. A lot. Is that dandy and fun?

However, I'll just point it out, that if two different corporations from the Learning Coalition each take a district, we can protect eachother from attacks (Lockdown timer or whatever), and still do the Training Grounds. If 3+ of the corporations manage to get a district, it'll be even better because we can just work INSIDE of the LC. Training Grounds, PC experience, good income. All the great stuff.
Hmmm...then that will be what we do. It's just so brilliantly evil :)
I have the connections to take any district we want from all but the best corporations so it won't be a huge problem getting it. I'm just not familiar with how locking districts between 2 corps works but that will be the way things happen. Do I care about publicly posting it on the forums? No, not really. I'm still not sure who we will take the districts from, but it will happen. Hahaha.

Hey, quick reply! :D
That's handy.
Anyways, look forward to talking about our secret plans. Secret secret plans. If you want, it'd be easier to communicate without getting in-game via email. Fox has mine, if you need it. Honestly, I think you should grab it anyways so we could set up a council meeting on the fly. We still need to figure out a Learning Coalition website somehow (I would contact the director that created my website, but I think he's going through something right now), expanding on PC talk, and just generally being able to make a quick council meeting whenever is pretty useful (Not to mention more efficient). If you can't reach Fox, I'll tell you when we're in-game. I just don't want to be getting a load of creepy emails, or stupid questions that could be asked over the forums.
Whoever here that manages to guess my email (I'd be surprised...), will be rewarded with a link to my Twitter Account. Good luck! (Also, I'll give you like, 3 ISK.)

To you, sir, I shall give loves and knowledge. I have immense skill with the Mass Driver, fitting requirements and tricks, and generally the best way to use it. Look for me in the chat channel "Learning Coalition", and I'll show you what I know. :D
As for Scouts, I'm not the best at that. It's the only trade where I don't get a positive K/D near-every match. However, if you're looking to be the sneaky type instead of the jumping, running, and crazy type, I can show you a lot. Just a couple minutes before this post, actually, I was running a "Stealth Scout" and managed to get 8/0. And I'm REALLY bad at being a Scout normally. Only way I was able to get those kills is by being patient and having such a low Scan Profile no one could see me. I could show you that as well.
So yea. Just look for me in the Learning Coalition chat, I'm on very often, and always looking to squad. :D

Irony doesn't like me anymore.
JUST to try it out, I ran the following fitting: 1x PRO Gallente Logistics 5x Enhanced Armor Plates 4x Compact Nanohives (To repair myself) 3x Light Damage Mods 1x Balac's GAR-21 Assault Rifle
Aannd... Here's my combat report... For pretty much half the match, I was sitting at a CRU camping their clones, and basically being a living hell for anyone who spawned in. To get an idea of how powerful I am: A Minmatar Medium was hacking a supply depot, and I ran up to him. I had exactly 62 shots left in the clip (I ran out of ammo and was trying to resupply). I killed him, put a couple more shots into his body to make sure he didn't get back up, and had 54 shots leftover. That's 8 shots, and we'll call it 6, because I wasted a couple on his dead body.
Heavies tried to kill me but didn't stand a chance. Literally, I just had to aim for the head and they died within AT MOST a second or two. I could hip-fire a heavy to death at 49m, and I could aim at sniper and actually start to tear his shield apart. Basically, I was the end-bringer. With increased damage, RoF, accuracy, and friendship, this thing killed EVERYTHING.
At the end, I went 27/1 (One death isn't terrible for me, because I have 19 Balac's, and everything else was ISK), and 1st place, I didn't look at my WP count, but I assume it was high.
The moral of this story, Officer Weapons + Player Skill = OP. Irony, I swear, I'm sorry!
