There's no training schedule, because none of us really have the time to do one. We're all (fairly) casual players, and all of us have some kind of relationship/job to attend to, so most if not all of us can't make a schedule. However, if you want to squad at some point, I'm always happy to squad with another member of the LC and get to know you. You know my in-game name, and the EVE playerbase knows me as "Xavier Soraine", so when you see me on, I can send you a chat invite and we can talk. :)
Mostly, you want to answer any questions if anyone asks. Some of the people in the LC, however, are a bit shy (<3), and don't ask questions outright, so you'll want to occasionally do a quick "Does anyone need any help?". Some of the time, you'll also have a newbie squadmate that needs/wants advice.
Not to mention if you see someone with less than 2 mil SP and they tell you about what they're planned playstyle/role is, you should give them advice on where to go with SP. For example, if someone comes to you saying "I like the idea of Logistics", you can reply with "Well, I'd suggest leveling up your preferred equipment then to ADV before anything else, also take into account that Gallente have Scanner bonuses, and Caldari has Nanohive bonuses, etc. (Assuming the changes stick)"

1) Ironyimation finally tried out the Commando, and now sees what I'm talking about when I say it's made for point defense, not personal attack. Ninja/Sira Draco kept saying "It has two light weapons and is named the Commando, it's supposed to be a killer" and I kept saying "Nope. It says IN THE DESCRIPTION, that it's the 'ultimate suppression fighter', it's made for area defense", and at the end of the match, Irony says quietly in the background "Oh. So it's good if you use it for point defense.". Finally, people understand! Ironyimation = Favorite Imation.

I love knife videos, I was a huge knifer in BF3 and I am a knifer in Ghosts. Never got the hang of it in this game though. |

Just a note, I'm probably gonna join the chat channel and lurk for a bit, see what it's all about (plus typing on a PS3 is such a pain), but I like what I'm reading! +1 for helping increase player base.

I had to give a person a 3 day ban from Learning Coalition chat today due to offensive and sexist language directed at mercs who may or may not have been female.
Renier Gaden does have the power to kick people from Learning Coalition chat, so if someone is being extremely disruptive in Learning Coalition chat, feel free to mail Renier Gaden. Be sure to describe what the problem is.
So far this is the first time any such action has had to be taken.
