Damage: AR>SMG>HMG The hmg is out of place. A SMG(sidearm) does more damage per round than the HMG(primary), why? The HMG should do more damage and more range than the smg, but less than an AR.

Take away the 10% weapon damage buff from everything. Give assault's a 1% damage buff per level as a class bonus, give Logi's the 5% reduction per level for equipment. Raise Logi base HP and reduce CPU/PG and high and low slots accordingly.

It is not even close to game breaking. No one ran active scanners (that I knew of) before the switch. Now? Not even a large minority are running them. They are quite easy to counter, if you want to. Not many things in this game have a hard counter...

The modules should work like weapons do, a 5% increase to base stat going up in tiers. Just look at shields, 22-33-66 it doesn't make sense. The basic form of modules should have the lion share of stats. Then as you progress they get incrementally...

Played with the HMG after 1.4 update. Still bad, even more so with such large maps. They need range, even at the cost of some dispersion. A little extra damage wouldn't hurt. Still don't know how damage per round goes AR>SMG>HMG.
