The rounds fired have got a limited range where after they dissapear and don't explode. I haven't tested it but I assume the sharpshooter skill affects this range or maybe flight time for the rounds.

It happens at downtime so it used to be 11 - 11.30. It got moved forward by an hour but I assume they changed it back now.

Well you can either go shield tank and no spank or no tank and spank. Depends how good you are at hitting your target and your playstyle. Do you need extra health or can you get by doing extra damage instead?

Alright, I added 3 more pistols that were missing from advanced. I also check all the pistol ranges now that they have been updated with Chromosome. Optimals stayed mostly the same, I think there was only one small change on a breach or something....

Your damage mods correspond to the type of weapons, not their slot location. Sidearm mods for sidearms (smgs, pistols), light mods for ars, lasers etc. You'll see it in the stats that it increases the damage modifier, just hit square when you are...

Agreed, the laser rifle is almost as good as the elm now and only costs a third of it. The difference is 4 shots more for the elm which is silly. I've reverted to using the standard laser rifle and I'm getting just as many kills as before with it.

Swarms are only good against dropships thanks to the massive knock effect they have which is going away next build (or lessened). A decent dropship pilot will just outrun swarms making them completely pointless against them.

Yep that's what the passive is. Also there is a skill cap of roughly 150-200k sp per character per week. It resets every Tuesday downtime I think. They've also added diminishing returns on SP when you get closer to the cap.

CRU lavs aren't too bad, especially if you are running with a corp squad. CRU HAVs people will just spawn in and not get out cause they will leech off WP. It is an interesting way of using drop uplinks for sure.
