Once the desynch issues are fixed, could you please just revert the MD back to how it was in Chromosome? There was absolutely nothing wrong with the weapon. It was balanced enough for players good with it to stand out and had a huge learning curve...

SP needs to be 100% passive. They way its set up right now adds a focus on grinding, eliminates incentive to play when capped, causes people who don't have time to reach their cap to fall behind, and encourages AFKing. (yes this is still going on)...
