1. A team used a glitcher in the tournament. with proof and a confession by the glitcher.

2. Other teams complained about it in the forums, and got in touch with CCP and UF, with proof.

3. No response whatsoever from CCP nor UF, leaving kids speculate about the outcome, philosophizing on cars banned in the future.

4. Glitcher team wins the tournament, some think it is not fair and demand an official word from CCP to end this issue once and for all.

What surprised me even more than CCP and UF total disregard to a legitimate concern, how the CPM has been interacting with -borderline trolling- the players in this thread. A CPM should be impartial to all players.

Some rules are in place because they are designed to prevent possible injury to a party. Violation of the rule doesn't necessarily constitute the commission of a crime.

The rule is there, because someone, at some point in history, was driving recklessly, and caused personal injury or death to another. Because the driver didn't have the moral fortitude to think of the damage he might cause, he drove recklessly. The authorities then stepped in, seeing people could not govern themselves and stated that we may not drive recklessly. Now, because the rule is in place, there must be enforcement of the rule.

All because some ass hole couldn't conduct himself with some responsibility.

The rule had to be spelled out plainly for those who do not have the proper decency to conduct themselves with any concern for their fellow man.

Except I've already told you 4 different times this has been brought to the attention of the necessary people and they did nothing.

I'm sure if I come here everyday and post the facts about this game declining in player base and operating on a loss, and state for a fact that CCP is clueless about making a FPS, and clueless in how to balance anything that isn't a point and click PC game, I'll get banned.
