Remote explosive arm time is perfectly long enough. Trying to blow up heavies with remotes is a perfectly valid tactic, and nowhere near as easy as everyone seems to think.

What about a compromise. Instead of giving scouts the best of all three EWAR elements, or just one, how about they have the best of 2. I would propose dampening and range. Buff assault range to 15 and profile to 45. Buff logi precision to 40ish....
