No. It's already hard enough to stick more than one to an HAV and blow it before the driver can drive away and either mow you down with their turret or run you over.

I can get behind the purpose of the suggestion, but keep the +50 for incapacitation, and add +10 for termination, since the incapacitation is what takes the bulk of the work. Termination is just frosting the cake.

They're fine. If anything, the throw speed needs to be increased. Getting more than one stuck to a tank before it can zip away is pure luck at this point.

Make them DM rifle it's own weapon with a separate skill tree. It's not a sniper rifle and should not be labeled as such. It's bad enough that so many ignorant fools in Dust want to force actual snipers to be DMs, when the two roles are completely...
