I think we getting to the phase where beta testers that have been around for a while are getting burned out. I think the SP cap and normalized SP gain is a large culprit because folks can't move from testing one thing to the next.

I have to agree that missiles are the issue. I really don't see rails or blasters as being overpowered. I think the OP was asking for a buff to blaster turrets though (make them cool down faster so they can shoot more).
