MD should have the effect as well. I don't know why it was taken out out, but with the introduction of Aim Assist, and Insane Rifle DPS, it needs to be re-implemented. It would at the very least give people a reason to still use both weapons in 1.8.

Honestly giving Snipers more buffs are pointless, Charged and Thales are already 1 shotting my proto suit. No need for ADV gear to be doing it. I remember in 1 game there being a Sniper on the ******* MCC, camping on anyone near the objective.
