The Breach MD is currently underpowered, the problem is that the ROF is too low for a weapon that is dependent on direct damage. You're better off using Freedom for anti-vehicle purposes because of the superior RoF allows it to pressure a vehicle ...

I don't like it, it's a widespread nerf(which isn't needed) based on one variant. I've never heard of anyone using the Assault MD like a shotgun, and lets face it, the Breach doesnt need any more nerfs.
